Admissions 2027/2028: one account for 11 schools
Register one or more children online, upload documents from a phone, and follow the result on the portal or WhatsApp. The registration form itself is in Bahasa Indonesia; the admissions team can help in English.

Four steps from application to enrolment

Register online
Choose a school and admission track, fill in the child and parent details, transfer the registration fee and upload the transfer receipt.

Selection
Document verification, then an observation (kindergarten/primary) or a test and interview (secondary).

Announcement
Results are published on the portal and sent by WhatsApp and email.

Re-registration
Confirm the place and complete administration before the school year starts in July.
Wave 1 opens on 1 November 2026. Exact dates for tests, results and re-registration: academic calendar (tests 9 January, results 16 January, re-registration 21–30 June 2027).

Open to every family. Selection according to level and available places.
YPKS staff family
For children of teachers and staff within the foundation. The committee verifies employment after you apply.

National ID numbers (NIK) and documents are only requested inside the encrypted admissions portal, never on public forms. Privacy policy.
What it costs
Registration fee, one-off entrance fee (UDP, Uang Dana Pendidikan), monthly tuition (SPP), first-year uniforms and books, and annual school activities (UKS, Uang Kegiatan Sekolah). We do not publish the amounts: they differ per school, level and track, and each school's office quotes them directly. The registration fee is the exception — it appears in the application form once you pick a school, because the transfer has to match it exactly.
Ask about tuition
Message the admissions committee in English, or the school office in Indonesian, and you will get the full breakdown for your child's level — usually the same working day.
